Professionally, Bruce has extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing, specializing in CNC programming, production optimization, and team management. With over a decade of expertise across industries such as medical, aerospace, automotive, and defense, he has driven efficiency improvements, mentored teams, and supported certifications like ITAR and ISO 9001. As the Director of Operations and co-owner of VertX Manufacturing, Bruce is focused on advancing the company’s growth and operational excellence.
