Night Shift Operator

We are looking for a Full-time dependable Night Shift Operator to support overnight operations. This role involves operating and monitoring equipment, completing assigned tasks, checking quality, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. The ideal candidate is attentive, reliable, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and follow established procedures.

• Monitor operations and report equipment issues, hazards, or delays.

• Perform routine quality checks and record accurate production or activity information.

• Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for the next shift.

• Complete shift handovers, communicating outstanding tasks and concerns.

• Work with team members and supervisors to meet shift goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations, manufacturing, or a similar environment preferred.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.

• Reliable attendance and the ability to work scheduled overnight hours.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to complete required training.

Working Conditions

CNC Operator (No Experience Needed – Will Train)
